About This Project

The detailed brief for this four unit development is an exciting design challenge which comprises of two duplex apartments, and an additional two single level units. The individual layouts demand individual design solutions combining together as a cohesive structure.

From an external perspective, the design responds to both the single and multi residential nature of the street while maintaining a modern design approach. The selection of materials and limited colour palette respond to the brief and the client’s desire for a low maintenance living solution.
